I’ve crossed dozens of countries, lived and worked in Europe, Thailand, and Costa Rica, and spent years running dive operations where the difference between a full boat and an empty one came down to one thing: whether someone found you online before they found your competitor.

I’m a PADI Elite Instructor, a certified cave diver, and someone who has climbed big walls in Kyrgyzstan and ice falls in Norway. I’ve been the traveler sitting at home on a Tuesday night, typing something into Google, and the operator on the other side, hoping they’d find me.
